2.2 Feelings.
How we interpret our current experience and the beliefs that we form as a result of our experience determines how we feel.  It directly affects our ideas about what the future holds for us.  This is a fundamental part of how we feel and is a key to understanding the importance of taking charge of what we choose to think and believe.  To change how we feel it’s important to change how we perceive the world.  We can do this by managing our thoughts and beliefs.  The key to how we perceive life is to be responsible for what we believe about life. Additionally, our actions will help us see what it is that we really believe. Persistent actions with likely have persistent results with will then foster persistent beliefs.  Persistent beliefs will result in persistent feelings.  So our actions, which include how we choose to think, are greatly affecting our feelings. To change our feelings we must begin a change of some sort.  We are generating our feelings.  We can harness them and use them in more fulfilling ways.  When we are unhappy, you’ll notice that there is usually a lack of faith in our future.
